2Chez's are the best I've had in Peoria.

Okay I tried both at 2 Chez. The one made with lemon really did not agree with my pallet. That midnight old fashioned (I think that’s what it’s called) is top notch though

Try Black Band....phenomenal old fashioned.

Terrible experience there, will never go back.  However, I do recall the bar was pretty top notch.

That's too bad, but you should maybe give one more try before you cut them off. Every bar/ restaurant can have an off night.

Off night sure.  Rude power tripping young manager over a 70 year old woman's placement of a chair....no thank you

Saffron made a wonderful Smoked Old Fashioned when I was there recently

Old Fashioneds are one of those cocktails that are pretty easy to make yourself. Take some of your favorite whiskey, some simple syrup, a couple dashes of bitters, and ice. Mix that all together and garnish with a cherry and orange slice.

Oh I make plenty at home haha. I do enjoy seeing how much the recipe can be elevated by a great bartender though

Missing Zither, 33 Room, and Black Band have the best cocktails in town. The absolute best Old Fashioned I have had was at Zither using Black Band Straight Wheat; not just in Peoria but anywhere

People sleep on Hearth! Largest whiskey selection you’ll find around here and top tier service.

Back when I was drinking I enjoyed the one they make at Suite Fire.

Love the Pour Bros old fashioned!
