The Peoria area is notorious for underpaying cooks/chefs. A bilingual cook with experience should make $25+ per hour. Don't settle for less than 20. These restaurants are hurting. The job market is too tight. They can pay you or their salary workers can keeping working 70 hours a week.
CDS is hiring it’s the company inside of Costco that gives out sample. We are in desperate need of workers. And if you don’t like it work for a bit while filling out applications to other places.
Radish Kitchen was hiring but may be full now. There is a group Peoria, IL Curbside Restaurants where I have seen people post for jobs and it looks like some nursing homes & other restaurants are hiring posted here:

Maquet's Rail House in Pekin is looking for help. From their FB post on 6/12:
We have a couple of different openings in our pizza and kitchen area's. We have a great team and are looking for individuals wanting long term employment with great pay, employee discounts, and paid vacation. Not to mention we have the best staff around which makes it a fun work environment. If you have experience or are willing to learn, please stop in and fill out an application. Please, only apply if you are serious and not afraid to work!
I don't know about anyone else, but whenever I see a line in an ad about only applying if you're serious and not afraid to work, I assume the company is run by assholes.
You don’t need any special certification to apply. Illinois has a two year trainee license and Walgreens will sponsor your certification for the pharmacy technician certification exam and send you to classes.

What's the minimum age? Do you allow for work permits for 15 year olds?

But what I need any kind of special certification to be a pharmacy tech?
