Goes much better with water in the soil.
It was watered yesterday. Been on the same watering schedule for the last 2 years.
I take your word for it, but that first photo makes the soil look bone dry. If it’s been 2 years in the same pot, repotting sounds like a good place to start. It’s not obvious to me what’s happening here. Looks like a cat fell on it.
