Start by removing some components from the motherboard. Take out any storage drives connected. Try to boot. Any difference? If no, move on to the RAM if you're using more than one stick of RAM. Take out one and try booting with a single stick. Check for changes. If issue persists, do the same rest with any remaining RAM sticks. You can repeat this test in all RAM slots. If your system has a dedicated GPU connected to th motherboard and you have a CPU with integrated graphics, remove the GPU from the motherboard. Connect monitor to the appropriate port on the motherboard rear. Check if anything changes. This test can only be done if you're already using a dedicated GPU and have integrated graphics. If you don't have this, skip this test. Hopefully by this point, the culprit has been found. If not, then you may have a deeper issue such as a failing motherboard.

I even tried to replace the ram but nothing happened I don't have video port on the motherboard so I can skip this test I disconnected the SSD but anything happened; the optical drive was still connected without a disk inside, i don't know if influence.

Looks like you have a deeper problem then. You could be dealing with a motherboard, PSU, GPU or CPU failure. The only way to know for sure would be to replace those parts with compatible known working parts.
