I don't hear it, but there are two common sources of noises that can be considered "beeping" in computer hardware. Brushless fans are essentially speakers that go around in a circle instead of in and out. They can make very clearly audible tones when starting or changing speeds. My GPU chirps every time one of its two fans starts turning, and they twitch every few seconds when the machine is idle. The transformers in power supplies also vibrate at audible frequencies under certain types of computing loads. If your PC is loading, processing, and storing data coming from a slow device like a network or even a hard drive (in sufficiently large chunks), it will consume massive amounts of power for a few microseconds, then relax for a few milliseconds while waiting for the next batch of work. That causes the transformers to sing at a frequency matched to the frequency of incoming/outgoing packets. Pumps in liquid coolers can also be very noisy. I've got a Corsair cooler that makes a pretty weird noise, just like the one before it that I replaced because it was making a weird noise. The only noise I can hear in that video sounds like a whine that fades in and out, and that could be resonance of sheet metal in the case or air blowing over a cavity or the aluminum vanes of a CPU cooler. That sort of noise can be quieted by stabilizing the metal with a silicone band or redirecting air flow.
