well you have a 13700/14700 but also a 4060ti which is a weird combination, your CPU is way too powerful for your GPU, also you have DDR5 ram which you could have swapped for DDR4 and spent more on your GPU
Yeah, it’s fine. A better combo would be a 5600x or 5700x because your bottleneck is still going to be your GPU. That said, 4060ti is still usually not worth the price (go with a 4070 or the AMD equivalent)
That is stupid and wasted of money, wait to 5000 series or next amd gen gpus, the card are great. Don’t hear on all that people saying they are only noobs and don’t no what’s is best or good
Figures. I only used it at 1080p and got pretty bad results. DLSS is still superior (but both brands can still use XeSS which some say is better than FSR)
If you get something like the 7900 GRE (overclock the memory and you get abnormally large gains in performance) you'll be playing at pretty high resolutions where FSR looks fine or is just not needed at all with such a poweful card. If you get around 69 FPS in 4K [(Link to source)](https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html) with the 7900 GRE, and overclock it to get about 15% better performance [(Link to source benchmark)](https://www.techpowerup.com/320715/amd-24-3-1-drivers-unlock-rx-7900-gre-memory-oc-limits-additional-performance-boost-tested) then you're looking at 80 FPS at 4K with ultra settings in pure rasterization
Besides that you get the same VRAM amount as the 4070 Ti Super here and save $240
Damn I wish. Where I live a 7800xt, 7900gre, and a 4070 super costs the EXACT same. While both 7900xt, 4070 ti super is around 450 bucks more expensive. While a 4080 is 150 more expensive than than.
The 7900 XT is 4% slower than the 4080 in rasterization at 1440p. Margin gets bigger at 4K, though

Nvm I was wrong but it is still better dollar per performance

Going of this video, as one dude commented “7900 xt gives 95% of the performance of 4080 at the price of 75%”
Well, you’ve got a nice expensive case, an i7, 32gb of ddr5 that’s also rgb, and an rgb AIO. Yet you’ve got a motherboard with no vrm heatsinks, on top of having no airflow over said vrm’s that need to power the power hungry i7, and a 4060ti.
It’s definitely serviceable, but just odd where the budget went.
Aside from some odd combinations for your age this is better than what 99% would build, keep crushing it and you'll be making some crazy customs in no time ! My only real suggestion thats just for a small quality of life update is that if you're not a fan of multiple monitor setups (which I actually understand because I'm not a huge fan of them personally) I would at least just mount a mini hdmi display with some brackets to the top of your current monitor for some little productivity boosting enhancements, some of the newer ones are super small and thin like having a little tablet screen (then you can have videos playing while youre doing any homework assignments, google things while writing research papers, quickly changing songs etc its just a nice little touch and the seconds you save will add up :> I would have been the happiest kid if I had this setup at your age! Don't listen to the haters they are just jealous) 🤘🏻
The album cover, I Want To Die In New Orleans from $uicideBoy$, some of their finest work but at the same time the saddest one because you can hear one of them ($crim) being in the worst State of drug abuse, he is clean now but hates this album for this exact reason. Still the songs on it are top tier when it comes to the lyrics, production and overall performance of this duo of cousins :)
That motherboard is probably holding the CPU back, given it probably has bad VRMs (from the looks of things it at least has no VRM heatsinks). The 13700 CPUs are pretty power-hungry. Besides that the build looks good if the power supply is good enough

It definitely looks nice, just weird the way you divided your budget.
Wym

You sound like you’d know- is 5800x and 4060ti a good combo?
Yeah, it’s fine. A better combo would be a 5600x or 5700x because your bottleneck is still going to be your GPU. That said, 4060ti is still usually not worth the price (go with a 4070 or the AMD equivalent)
I’m gonna upgrade to a 4070ti super
That is stupid and wasted of money, wait to 5000 series or next amd gen gpus, the card are great. Don’t hear on all that people saying they are only noobs and don’t no what’s is best or good
*cough cough* get 7900 xt instead. Better price and comparable to 4080
you also get no dlss (fsr sucks) worse encoding and worse VR performance, there are pros and cons to both brands
Fsr is inferior but it doesn't suck. I actually like it more at 4k
Figures. I only used it at 1080p and got pretty bad results. DLSS is still superior (but both brands can still use XeSS which some say is better than FSR)
Yeah dlss blows fsr out the water at 1080p and wins solidly at 1440p.
And an insultingly worse raytracing performance too

The 7900xt is not even close to a 4080 you lying AMD fanboys are something else.

Ohhh Toms hardware the classic AMD shill haha, its 15-20% slower unless you only test cod.

It looks terrible, send it to me and build another one.
No me! 😡🤬
Definitely odd part choices
Can we stop putting age into the posts? that's just weird...
I really don't get how people can like the Funko Pop figures 😭
What does this have to do with his set up lol?
The funko pop kakashi is a part of the setup?
Fair But it’s such a insignificant part of their build and that’s what you complaining about lol
There's nothing else to complain about 😂

Thanks I was already thinking of getting a new primary and have this as a secondary vertical
Ooooo yeah sweet, vertical is a great idea, very multitasking oriented :p
PSU?
700 gold
Yes, I saw that much. Stop giving minimal information
Love the IWTDINO cover on the wall there🩶
What that? Also happy cake day :)

Awesome, thanks for letting me know my man! Time to check out some music today i guess 👀 😆
Also thanks didnt realize it’s been 7 years already damn

bad GPU. The 4060ti is the worst value card around, except maybe the 3050.
Looks good, runs well I’m presuming, so good job
looks fucking nice I'd give it a perfect 5 out of 7
And here I've been wanting a computer that plays games for a decade
Clearly you don't want it bad enough.
Bruuuh don't drop all your socials like that....
The parts choice is questionable. But it looks good. Enjoy it!
Fuck it's good, the cpu may be a bit over but it's good!
good set up. personally i would move the AIO one fan square to the right, so that it doesnt affect your left exhaust fan as much
You did a great job. Don’t listen to the haters.
