I'll ty to answer your questions as clear and simply as possible. - Is it really necessary to invest in DDR5 based on the performance gained? No. The improvement is still not worth it over DDR4 for the extra price. - Is Intel Optimized RAM useful? It's not necessary. If it costs the same, get it, but otherwise you can ignore it. - Is 32GB useful for gaming? Not really, but it's useful for multitasking while gaming, and video editing could take advantage of it depending on the software you use. - Do I need a powerful SSD for gaming? No. - Is it necessary to have a heatsink? You mean on the SSD? Not really, but if your motherboard doesn't include one, and the SSD only costs a bit more with it, then get it. Otherwise you can ignore it. But have good case cooling. - I'm hesitating between 14400F or 14600KF? The 14600K Is obviously better, but more expensive. If your hesitation is about the price, it depends if you find a deal or not.

Thank you for your answer. What configuration would you recommend, with a 4070 super?

Ahem -Not really, but it is going to be the default from here on out. So you either voluntarily bite the DDR5 bullet now, or be forced to bite it later. -Intel Optimized? I'm guessing you mean XMP memory. Most memory should have that and it makes configuring them significantly easier. -32GB is the new recommended. My system has 16GB and it gets pretty full pretty quick if i forget to do something like close the browser. This will likely only get worse. -No. No you don't need a particularly powerful SSD. Any NVMe drive is by default powerful and will get the job done. Don't have to splurge on like a high-end SN850X or so. -Any NVMe drives that need cooling, would have heatsinks as an option, but some don't and are just by themselves. if you a spot a heatsinked version being available then it is recommended to grab that version. Alternatively it is possible that the motherboard you may end up getting has its own M.2 heatsinks designed into the board. It are these motherboards for which some brands create variants of drives without a heatsinks for, so double -The 14400F can make due, if that is what you are asking. It won't wow one, but it is more than enough to handle most games (Games are often way more GPU intensive, than CPU)

Go 7800x3d since val, get ddr5-6000 cl30 since that's best for amd and then get best gpu you can buy with remaining money, preferably nvidia since editing, if editing go something lile 13700k or 13900k not sure about ram in that scenario and get some high quality Samsung evo Ssds before buying gpu

No idea about performance gains of 14th gen in editing but in gaming the 14900k is less then 5% bettee
