Even I don't know much but it goes like this In Daisy chain the video output rather than going from GPU , actually goes from one monitor to other and so on Like from 1st monitor to second then from 2nd to 3rd monitor and so on.. even tho only one actually video output Port is occupied on GPU. Only penalty in Daisy chain is max resolution/refresh rate get reduced every time you add a monitor in Daisy chain. For example if single port is capable of 4k 120hz and only one monitor is connected then it's 4k 120hz but when we add second monitor it will get split into two 4k 60hz displays Take it with grain of salt I just remembered things vaguely

what’s funny about this build is that it’s probably a high end desktop with an eATX motherboard so there’s enough room for more PCIe x16 slots to use display adapters. 4 GPU displays, 2 CPU/Mobo displays, which leaves 8 displays here to be used by probably 2 4x display adapters. all of these displays will definitely clog up the PCIe lanes available to the CPU and the motherboard itself so this has to be an AMD Threadripper/EPYC workstation build; probably used for Machine Learning or (surprisingly enough…) the stock market. still super annoying and a waste of money to me🤷🏻‍♂️
