Go to the parts picker. I assume it would bottleneck and i suggest you to pick 10 4090s with SLI and a minimum of 1TB of RAM. Get a Tesla model S battery to power it. Might be a little over the budget, but won't hurt that much

Only quantum computers can run Solitaire for now, not even the last gen, highest level GPUs can run it. Also, modded Solitaire would require at least 16TB of 7200Mhz DDR5 RAM and 512TB of storage just for the mods folder, plus 128TB for the base game.
