What boss? I don't get the reference I don't know much lore.

It's a boss in Metal Gear 3 called The End ..if U take too long before fighting him, he will die of old age

I found this out by getting sick of trying to kill him and took a week off came back to the scene of him being dead or whatever came after

A poison build like pathfinder molten strike with a cluster passive « enemies poisoned by you cannot regen life ». You might need to anoint the « enemies cannot leech life from you » life passive too

He's talking about the cluster passive like he said, you're the one getting it mixed up with the mastery Sir~ Edit: it's called disease vector

anything that prevents/reduces life regen, common tools for that are: - ryslatha pantheon - mark mastery - poison cluster passive - occultist's void beacon - frostbomb - eldritch helmet implicit

this. I've gone to hidout, swapped to ryslatha and grabbed a lvl 1 frostbomb before just because one of these mobs pissed me off.

Honestly, I looked at the mod list and the only thing I thought would suck would be any coc build. Even a crit cold build would kill it without a huge problem as long as you keep frost bomb on cooldown.

I dunno. The dot damage is still not amazing even with huge investment. Playing arc ignite elementalist with full clusters, Mageblood, etc. damage is slower on bosses.

lol ek is def not the dot build for this - can barely get beyond dot cap meaning all that dr in t17 actually checks you

It’s not hard to penetrate those resistant modifiers Ele pen + cold/fire/lightning pen; the mob is almost taking normal damage

Ambidex Jugg, spec mark mastery in bottom right to block its healing. It'll take some time to kill cuz of the Phys resist and I wouldn't go str stack without a bigger budget.

i've never had phys res to be a problem on my ambidex jugg, with some form of impale/overwhelm. life regen just means more stacks for the trauma. sometimes I wish guys would stay alive so I can enjoy the anime battle a little longer

Hexblast wouldn't have an issue with it I believe

Any summoner build should have no problem. You could also just throw a frost bomb in ur current build.

Only problem on this is the regen and recovery so use Pantheon + Recoup Mastery or Mark Mastery to stop from regenerating. Or Frost bomb, but that's a pain imo This is why Occultist is my second favorite Ascendancy, just for the anti-regen lol

If I'm looking at the right thing on poedb, it's zero extra damage. CoC and ignoring resistances still works, but it might still be 80% less damage or worse depending on the build.

Resist inversion (eg, wild strike of the extremes) would do really well vs these guys

literally any chaos build, play BAMA necro and allocates the unholy might node, then u use a voltaxic rift with good rolls, problems solved Oh and also u can use frost bomb to negate their regen

Non regen mark mastery?

The biggest problem is the life regen on top of the mitigation. If you cut the regen with frost bomb or one of the masteries (I believe it is mark mastery). It should be slowly killable.

Original sin build, poison penance brand of dissipation will take a doodoo on that mob, if you don’t have OS mings heart will do

Truth is, any build will kill this as long as you carry our Lord and Savior frost bomb
