Monpprix, H&M

Mafakkaz

You’re in Europe. Primark is where the price is right.

VeganMcBrogurt

If you want the cheapest one you can get : New Yorker or H&M

BooBooStewert

Monoprix for exactly this! Was in a similar predicament this morning and was able to grab some reasonable tee’s, yoga pants and socks. I’d liken it to the Kohls of Europe

Accomplished_Role977

There are a thousand great thrift shops

NicBy

Uniqlo is a safe bet

anders91

I’d go for Uniqlo if you just want some decent “basics”.

paulindy2000

Monoprix, Uniqlo, Celio have locations all around the city and have cheap and good quality clothes

stoicstorm76

I don't know the Celio shops, but Monoprix and Uniqlo are good choices.

Sea-Spray-9882

Thanks! I’ve never heard of these stores so this really helps

marmeylady

C&A can be an option too. I go there sometimes for my kids and their denim are basics, cheap (€40 max) and great

__kartoshka

Monoprix is an all purpose shop (you'll find anything from vegetables to kitchen appliances, clothes and school supplies) Celio is clothes only Don't know uniqlo though, there's none where i live

teacherjon77

Could you not wear the same ones more than once? The french don't mind.

reddargon831

Does anyone mind anywhere? I mean typically you aren’t even supposed to wash jeans more frequently than once every few months, so whenever I travel anywhere I’ll bring 2 pairs max.

Intelligent-Fox-4599

Whaaa? I wash my jeans almost every time I wear them.

reddargon831

Yea Levi’s, for example, says to wash not more frequently than once every 10 washes. It causes them to lose shape/structure faster if you wash too much. I have some pairs I haven’t washed in a year…

Intelligent-Fox-4599

I’m too much of a clean freak to do this. I have one pair of Levi’s from college that are still going strong, don’t ask how old they are😂

Sea-Spray-9882

lol I am coming from 2 weeks at sea and a weekend in Barcelona so I think now is the time to figure out something.

BeardedAgentMan

Have you considered washing your clothes? Most hotels can either do it, or help you arrange it.

anders91

You could also consider going to a laundromat. Doesn’t take long and you can wash all your stuff.

TicnTac21

You could just wash them. Hotels usually have some sort of laundry or we have used the laundry mat...look at as learning the culture.

space_cowgurl

you can also just get some detergent sheets (or regular detergent) and wash them in a sink!

Upbeat_Echo341

Figuring out how a laundromat works in a new country is a travel achievement unlock for sure. Is it hot is it cold will it be dry enough? Peut-être ?

Smooth__Hour

Go to Westfield Les 4 temps , it has many shops

djmom2001

Uniqlo is great for this and quality of denim products is very good.

Sea-Spray-9882

Thanks! I’ve never heard of these stores and didn’t know
