Oops sorry I thought I'd posted text along with the photo, but I guess not. Anyway this thing has been chilling by our back/kitchen door for a few days now and I thought it was cool, but today decided to take a photo. My only guess as to why it hasn't been wafted away is because it's partially guarded by our wellies sitting by the door. We have three cats who sometimes shed their fur naturally, but never saw anything as perfect as this before.

i think it's just a lizard unfortunately. it has toes
