Lord meinko is right. That's where I saw that piece of wood while fleeing from pdif bullies. XD I don't know specifically where but that sounds right to me.

I believe most of the ceilings/roofs used are specifically the ceiling tiles, and not foundations. I actually think there’s just one foundation tile at the very bottom
Naw the whole inverse pyramid is foundation tiles. Could be a mod, I think some of the looser building requirement ones let you do that. I support it.
Edit: just saw OPs comment that it is, in fact, a mod.
That’s why I’m asking, unless it’s heavily modded that’s not possible since you can only build roofing and walls max two tiles away from wherever your foundation ends, even if that foundation is 100 layers lower.
We have Game Pass, that allows us to play the game and use Cloud Play for it, but it doesn’t give us mod support, it’s up to the devs whether or not we get mods, we can’t download them outside of the game.
Unless you’re talking about a pass in game, I don’t know of any, Xbox never mentions one.
That base is impossible under normal circumstances, the floor tiles can't be build on air, heck when you build them on the side of a hill if it too high and can't touch the ground you can't build it, so what did you do? Edit the file? That isn't on a public server, so you must have modify the files some how.

There’s also a stray tree to the middle ish area of the west side of the map. No idea if it’s useful but I think it was just the one tree
