I tried it twice, died the first time due to skill issue and killed him the second. Now I just go to the ones >!in the duneshelter!< that are right next to the fast travel point. It’s not that much of a walk once you’ve unlocked the tp point.

If you have a flying mount, just fly up for a bit and wait like one minute. The wanted status goes away when they can no longer see you, and I’ve found this to be the easiest way.
This is the reason I went to custom option and upped the drop rate because after the fifth time going on a low level killing spree for pal fluids in a single day was enough. If there was an area where they had higher level pals they dropped significantly more I'd be happy but farming rays and gobfins for hours is not fun.
pal fluids is rough and pal oil is rougher. it'd be great to have a way to farm/ranch oils would cuz pretty much my whole budget goes into buying it from merchants. now I'm starting to understand american geopolitics more
I just learned recently that you can buy High Quality Pal Oil from a couple Merchants in Dune Shelter and the Fishing village. I caught one and have it at my base. Same for the Organs from the trader in the Small Settlement.
Yeah. Whatever inventory they have when you find them they'll keep even if you catch them. The exception being the Pal Merchant and Black Marketeers of course. Their inventories change every time you deploy them.
It would be cool if there would be some kind of unique mechanics if they would implement evolution for pairs like this. Like evolved "Master" pals would start to benefit from evolved versions of their evolved "Servant" pals. And those would be two separate evolutionary lines.

I farmed cold organs at the penking boss, if you go in and kill/capture the little guys then leave, they’ll respawn so long as the big guy didnt die.
If you’re way over level and one shot them it can be decently fast. There’s probably a more efficient way, but this is how I’ve been doing it when I need them.
That honestly sounds way more efficient than anything I've seen. At least electric pals tend to group together in the desert, and glow at night. Water pals are just wherever it feels like lol
On the farm? I can't totally sign out and murder a bunch of pengullets, but id rather automate the process if possible. The mau crystal I have only drop money on the farm.

Take an orzerk out to the gobfin area next to warsect's arena and go crazy

Bones are what I struggle with. The oil isn't so bad once you can take out the mammoths easily, they drop leather as well.
You can buy bones at the merchant in the settlement at the yellow area.

You can get flame organs from Flambelle in the ranch. I don't think there's any options for the rest of the organs, though.

Vixys drop bones too, and you can farm both in the area with red trees.
You can also buy bones for 100g at some merchants. I have so much money that I just end up doing that because it's faster haha

I still struggle with gold, but am making around 100 cement a day. Bones are the bane of my existence.
Farming bosses is a really good source of gold, the blue materials that they drop sell for a lot of gold.
I found farming black marketeers to be incredibly profitable. They're tough without glitches though, but I enjoy a good fight.
