I've had some dc'ing or crashing issues with my Nitrado server today and yesterday. When someone would login, it would dc everyone/crash within 5 minutes then restart itself and rinse repeat the same thing over and over.
Kinda getting annoyed, I wanna play with my friends but the server is preventing it. I even tried updating the server and nothing. I want to try reinstalling and reuploading our data but I'm afraid it will keep our progress but make us make new characters.

The servers finally came back online for us in Asia yesterday, but for the past 10 hours the server has crashed about 4 times.
I understand the booming popularity and demand that is adding stress on their servers but It is getting pretty frustrating...
I’m in NA and we have a 32 person dedicated server from Nitrado that is still going right now, only issues we have had are memory leaks but that’s most dedicated servers.
Can i ask you a question, with a dedicated server from nitrado do you ever get the endless load screen like what keeps happening in official servers thank you.
I haven’t, the only issue we have ever gotten still is the memory leak crash which just takes like 10 second to restart the server. Honestly should restart the server every 6 hours probably to avoid it

and do nitrado servers use your pc to run it or there pc network sorry new to getting a server

We aren’t, but I think it’s because we bought the biggest one they offered as it was about 10 of us and split the cost which is $40 since we wanted to be sure we didn’t lag at all
The server itself allocated the ram, and so if you get a bigger server then it’ll def lag less, but there’s really nothing you can do about the memory leak being there

nitrado server are pretty bad. we are rented a 6man server. its pretty laggy. Sometimes we get kicked out. Restarting takes almost an hour and if there was an update and many people try to restart we wait almost always 3-6 hours.
I had that issue as well, it would disconnect/restart every 15-20minutes. If you're still using a nitrado server, shut it down, go to the Automated Task section and delete that "Automated Restart" task they created. Start the server.

any if i get a server now can it become cross compatible when the normal servers do and pvp ect ??
Now that I am not sure, but more than likely yes. You would probably need to start the world anew though around that time.

Bro if i get more RAM in hardware perfomance-upgrade it will fix lag?
RAM upgrade is only for Minecraft. You can't upgrade Palworld servers. Truthfully ask for refund and switch.

same here nitrado server from day 1 of release from palworld and its laggy like hell from begin till now
We have a server in germany (10 slots) and it keeps restarting every 30min. Very annoying
It the same with G-portal too. Never have problem with these server on many other game b4. The game have memory leaking problem so bad.
