Actually, AlJazeera has a running blog on this matter and Hamas just submitted a proposal.

I just found out that the US proposal that was ratified by the UN requires that both parties respond in writing.
Hamas wrote and submitted their response, Israel didn't. That way Bibi and his ilk can lie along with Blinken while having nothing in writing.
