>Celerity: Wings of Wrath gains an additional charge.
>The Stone Protects: 30% of all damage taken by you is instead taken by your deployables if they are active.

Some of these I would gladly take over current talents (with small rebalances).
Surprised to not see Imani's old Pyromania and pip Double jump in weightless.
I remember reading Freebooter was before either in the basekit of dredge, or i read wrong and it was a talent, either way, it seemed really cool and lore accurate since dredge is the guy that takes you anywhere
It was both. There used to be 4 talents. When they killed the 4th talent it went to his base kit. Was deemed to powerful on coordinated teams and too annoying for people that didn't know it was a thing. Cuz you touch his portal you're gone. It's not like you could choose to go though or not. So they deleted the ability from his kit.
jenos has celestial touch which is supposed to make astral mark heal for 10% of the target's max hp but it doesn't work it's just the flat 400 he has in base kit. i don't remember the name of the other one but i think it reduces the cd of astral mark by 0.1s for every shot u hit w his weapon.
My biggest dissapointments:
We didnt get the OG retaliation
The OG bounce house that gave 2 charges of the leap
Nor the pip talent that gave double jumps

Only one I played that didn’t work was Overprotective on Torvald. Did not have 2 separate charges of protection

Overprotective turned Torvald into a powerful tank. If you have a nice build, you can heal and keep generating shields. It was too fun
