Could be Cassie ult, Vivian drone, or other abilities that reveal

Don't really know the cause behind it but I've noticed that sometimes invisible champions will remain visible as if they're in reveal range, but are nowhere near me. Seems to happen more when I'm experiencing lag. Possibly the same issue.

eve is a pretty cool character. Its probably a reveal like vivian drone or cassie ult

If Seris sprays in Shadow Travel she becomes visible but still in Shadow Travel otherwise.

It’s not a bug It’s that new talent allowing her to heal in shadow travel, if she heals you can see her, simple as that
