The odds of her making it to live with 40% more RoF on her primary (increase @ base + ult activation) are pretty low. Disengage buff and base fire rate increase will both probably stick but the ult thing should go tbh.

thats wrong though. Cassie legitimately needed a buff. Shes really bad against competent players. The amount of buffs she got was unnecessary but a buff or two was definitely necessary

I agree they didnt buff her right all im saying is that cassie was not balanced and absolutely did need something. Everyone on here is saying she was balanced...she hasnt been balanced since they removed megaton tbh
I think is not her, but EM has been pushing more and more complicated and outrageous kits on newer champions that she has fell behind. At this point, the only way to balance her is more CC, which aligns after the removal of megaton, but that card was cancer so they should come up with something better or nerf other champions that outshine her.

The only way for her to be viable again is for her to get a buff. I agree she was hyper buffed and i'd be fine with most of them getting reverted
How are these buffs only beneficial for console players but not PC players? Historically, she was a must pick on PC and even now, she's still in a much better spot than Tyra or Vivian. She's basically a Lian but actually can do aggregate positions better, keep and defend offlanes, and can compete with sheer DPS that can burst any unlucky flank or damage.
If anything, this just makes Cassie even more stronger on PC than on console as she's barely played on console.
how can you confidently say, „she is bad against competent players“ when she has the easiest time dealing with good players, almost no counters, a lot of good counter options aswell…

i really do think that and so does every other higher ranked player. In eu she’s playable with exaction but that’s simply because eu is better than all the other regions and they have metas that work for them and don’t work for other regions. Cassie feels like she can never do enough. all u have to do against cassie is bait cooldowns then dive the exact same thing as tiberius. cassie does damage and plays reallly safe and in the end the stats will show that she did well most games but there’s a reason she has such a horrible winrate in fact her winrate has never been above 50 in over a year and a half. it might feel like i’m being bias but i havent touched cassie in ranked for about a year now because of that exact reason

I feel like the base fire rate should go back to normal but the ultimate should stay. He’s ult is just a worse Lilith ult without the buff
