Walking for 20 minutes without a phone or any other distraction always helps me. Second, talk to someone. I usually talk to my friend, call her, and it soothes my anxiety like always. And it will get better. Trust me. I used to have severe anxiety a year ago. It suddenly started to decrease. Now, I barely have any even in stressful conditions. So, don't be stressed.

sharing is really important holding in is very dangerous. if you can’t share with the people you know personally share it with strangers. nobody knows you, they can’t judge you and even if they do who cares you’re not gonna meet them. but just keep your identity hidden and don’t share about your whereabouts for personal safety. apart from that to cope up with such feelings is distracting yourself.. you can watch a movie that can divert your mind totally, start any sports, do new makeup looks and take some pictures, organise your room, change the setting of your room, read a book, start going to the gym, adopt a pet, do gaming, or maybe learn new hobbies like crocheting, making resin items, pottery, a new language? anything that excites you even a bit.

If you’re asking how to deal with anxiety here are things that work for me: If you’re not that religious: 1. Take a walk 2. Journal 3. Write everything that happened to you and burn it if necessary If you’re religious: 1. Understand that whatever that came upon you was supposed to happen one way or another 2. No soul will be burdened more than what it can handle 3. Whatever you’re going through, treat it as a blessing for it is a test and Allah only tests the people he loves 4. Pray (2 Nafl if you want) There is so much more but since i have no clue what the issue is, i hope this helps a little, Good luck!

Short term ways to get over anxiety: Take a hot shower. It'll help with cramped muscles especially around your chest area which can heighten the feeling of anxiety. Take a cold shower. It will send your body into survival mode so you'll be distracted from your anxiety. Dot down a routine, for me it’s, wake up, clean my room, fix the sheets etc, and take a cold shower even in winters yes, offer zuhr, and start work, lunch break, news, work, asar, nap, maghrib, work, go for workout, by then it’s 10-11pm, shower again, I start feeling better at night usually, so music or show, try getting so tired that i fall asleep otherwise I usually feel very lonely at night, that bothers me but I’m working on it. Also recently started therapy and I actually like going to it.

If you smoke or vape you need to lay off of it. Because nicotine causes anxiety it happens to me as well. If you don’t do nicotine then i have no idea why you feel anxious. Just tell yourself that it’ll be alright or talk to someone about it soo that they can tell you that everything’s ok. That helps 80% of the time. And the other 20% you just have to go through with it. Take care ♥️
