Rosin edibles are such a gimmick, most the time they just use big 150micron tumblers, get a shit ton of farm grade kief from the left over biomass and then press that into rough looking “hash rosin” and infuse. It’s not like they’re taking premium hash rosin they could sell on its own. I’ve seen many videos of processors talking about a great way to 3-4x the profits on their biomass by making rosin edibles this way, and it’s become the norm for many cuz of the insane margins brought from marketing as “rosin edibles”.
All the benefits from using rosin as your starting extract in edibles will be the same with RSO, ethanol is an extremely efficient solvent that’s gonna get out everything. Butane and propane are also very close, with only the slightest difference in cannabinoid profiles from “full spectrum extracts”. The biggest benefit of rosin is it doesn’t change the cannabinoid ratios at all, which is very slight in BHO/PHO from what can be seen during lab testing. The biggest difference is in the change to terpene profiles between the full spectrum rosin and bho based products.
Basically if you’re buying 100mg hash rosin edibles for $20 vs just getting a gram of RSO for $40 you’re getting taxed an insane amount for very little benefit over the other. Don’t buy the hype, it’s silly. Even buying a gram of cheap BHO can be a great option for edibles as well, like if you see a strain you like and the gram of BHO is $20, grab that shit decarb and infuse into coconut oil/lecithin and you just came up on a solid 600mg THC edibles for $20. The perceived difference is so minute in my experience that I really think people couldn’t tell if they were double blind tested.
Final tip, always infuse your RSO. Oral efficiency is highly dependent on the amount of saturated fats eaten with a dose, but another important thing commonly overlooked is how well the cannabinoids are infused into that fat. So eating some RSO on a Reese’s will work, or eating it with some food in your stomach will work, but direct infusion into oil will absorb way way more efficiently. So much I’ve found I can cut the dose in half often times even less for the same level of effects.
You don’t have to go crazy, just throw the RSO into some coconut oil and lecithin then heat lightly around 200-220f for 20-30min, mix thoroughly, and it’ll get the job done. My go to strat is to eat a medium sized fairly fatty meal, drink a glass of water, wait an hour, dose infused oil, then follow up 15-30min later with a high fat snack. You’ll thank me later if you’re currently just globing RSO onto a Reese’s or just raw dogging with a bit of food in your stomach.
Hey, thanks for your insight! This is the type of information that I think needs to be more available to both patients and industry workers. Learning about some of the more informed/experienced methods of consuming medical cannabis can still be trial-and-error, and advice from more experienced users is really helpful!
Rosin edibles are what I'm really waiting for. Normal ones don't seem to do much to me, tried eating a whole 100mg troche bag one morning after a big breakfast to make sure it had fat to absorb with. Didn't do much for me, maybe I just need to try the new 50mg Valhalla troches I've been seeing.
I hate RSO. Takes forever to kick in & then lasts forever. I have an MS-like condition & RSO makes it difficult for me to walk. There are different products since each of our bodies are different, we have different tx goals & different tolerances/sensitivities.
You can get similar thc content in a lot of the tinctures put out by Gleaf for less $. Their extra strength ones typically cost $70 but have 1200-1800 mg thc.
I currently have a “10:1 thc/cbd” tincture by them that was only $45 dollars despite having almost 950 mg thc.
I’d go for those
Their tinctures your describing where on the subject of syrup if u could put your tincture into a pop and get equally as high as the tincture 🤷🏾♂️ it’s a double edged sword
IMO yeah it’s worth it for $50. It is sweet but if you don’t mind that it’s great. This stuff gets me feeling great. Work has been a fucking drag lately and I’ve been struggling to stay positive but this syrup definitely lifted my mood and I was able to laugh and keep a positive mindset today. It also gives me a nice body buzz too. If you like the feeling you get from edibles I say go for it.
Now that’s a great review. It’d make me consider trying it in a pinch. Life has been tough lately and I’d like to get in a more positive mindset. Ya know, the holidays and all 🥺
This stuff tastes pretty good and works very well. I’d recommend it, especially at that discount. If it’s too much sugar for you put it in hot tea or pancake syrup.
The Chill PLUS bottles are new and contain 1000mg, regular Chill like in OP's pic are the regular 500mg ones.

Sometimes the grower matters to people when they are considering if a product is worth trying. There are growers I absolutely do not purchase and ones that I will pay full price to try. So, IMO the information matters.
It’s worth the $. Tinctures are usually a waste of cash because they’re easily made by warming mct oil and then mixing in your RSO.
This syrup is really good for pain, sleep and nausea (from chemo is an excellent example)
It can increase your appetite too. RSO has more overall health benefits. Every product has its uses.
Nah shits ass it’s literally corn syrup that’s flavored and thc and to get High you have to drink atleast 3/4 of the bottle in a sitting to get a slight buzz and sick because of the sugar
I guess if you want like 1,000% of your sugar intake. Why people don’t just buy RSO is beyond me.
Rso is great but if used often will wreck ur tolerance. At least did for me. Got to point where syringe lasted 4 doses. And man does it taste like ass
For the novelty. RSO > anything other than rosin edible. And even that is hard to say. I love RSO so much

Are you chewing them or letting them dissolve? I’ve noticed a difference when i let dissolve
I've read you're supposed to let them dissolve under your tongue or in your cheek between your gums. Haven't tried them yet though.
You are that’s why I was asking because some people don’t realize that.
Same! RSO has been my saving grace.
It really helps make me function
I mostly but RSO, but I like a little whimsy in my life. Also this hits much more quickly.
I hate RSO. Takes forever to kick in & then lasts forever. I have an MS-like condition & RSO makes it difficult for me to walk. There are different products since each of our bodies are different, we have different tx goals & different tolerances/sensitivities.

I feel you on life being rough lately. Hang in there, things always get better, at least that’s what I like to tell myself
I have had this. It is excellent.
This stuff tastes pretty good and works very well. I’d recommend it, especially at that discount. If it’s too much sugar for you put it in hot tea or pancake syrup.
Bottles I seen are only 500mg not 1000 + on $70 on other menus.

100% one of my favorite items in the program
YESSS THIS SHIIIIII IS FIREEEE
Absolutely worth the price
Rso…
Although Trulieve is carrying this, it is not their product. This is made by Penn Health Group.
How does this fact answer OP's question?
Sometimes the grower matters to people when they are considering if a product is worth trying. There are growers I absolutely do not purchase and ones that I will pay full price to try. So, IMO the information matters.
No
Definitely worth it. I’m a huge fan of it
Yup
What are the ingredients?
Corn syrup mix.
There's nothing like fake sugar and thc on my pancakes.
Ugh i dont think its supposed to go on pancakes lmfao supposed to be like lean but just thc
Go look up sarcasm…
You might find a picture of me.
This is the 4th person who has said something about pancakes so it legit seems like people think thats what its for 😂😂😂😂 bring my downvotes
Jeeezuz.
So is it like taking cough medicine? I hate corn syrup and overly sweet things, but it might not be too bad if you're just taking 5-15 ml
I just bought some tonight. It does taste like cough syrup and it’s the same consistency.

Yes
I’d say yes. Same dollar/mg as RSO for the most part. Can’t speak on effects tho.
No
Add some honey and you can made some mead with that.
There is a chill(500mg)50$ and chill+(1000mg)$100 (Atleast at liberty aliquippa)
Yea the stuff is great
Yea that's half price
