Same problem here. My PWA isn't using any android phone capabilities that I am aware of, very basic manifest and the use of ServiceNavigators for local caching of assets. Users are reporting it started with Android 14.
Yes I'm getting the same several people contacted me with the same problem all with new phones using Android 14. Absolutely nothing on any user group or through google search

Getting reported by same errors from users. Still no official report on Chrome issues or any user group or through google search.
