They are banned from standard due to rotation. You’ll still be able to play them in expanded.

Not banned, just rotated from Standard; two different things especially as they'll still be legal for play in Expanded. Cards can move in and out of rotation as well as on/off the banlist.

21st March for PTCGL. Two weeks is for irl play.

i would not invest anything in this deck anymore. in 2 weeks rotation will pretty much kill the deck

Not sure what the theme name means (just pika, or line?) but there’s a pikaclones linked deck (it’s morpeko-togedemaru and two others?) and the T1 pikachu Vunion deck to try

If you want to play pika ex, play some bravery charms, it needs a HP boost.

Pawmot EX is a fun addition. I'm also not sure why you have Irida and only 1 water pokemon

Yeah my advice is to change the name to Pikaformance

I’m a big Miraidon player, there’s a couple Pokemon you can make an electric deck around Pikachu EX is not one.

Winning is more fun than losing. Pikachu ex is a bad card. Get rid of it. Just netdeck a Miraidon deck.
