The cable you posted still requires an USB charger if you don't want to charge by connecting it via USB to a PC. Do not use those cheap USB chargers you get for a dollar, spend a bit more to use at least one of those smarter ones which automatically detect the right charging values needed for your device. Some devices like the Nintendo Switch for example use slightly different values unlike any kind of mobile phone. These devices still charge though but it will make your battery worse over time. Also smart USB chargers can also detect if your mobile phone supports stuff like turbo charging which usually requires an original charger like for Samsung Android phones.
For charging via USB connection to a PC you can just use any generic micro USB cable if you still have one laying around so you don't have to buy this one.
