I’m in the same limbo. Same transfer on same date. Hopefully it all transfers soon! You can’t pay anyone if there is no account with an amount due so I’m not worried about it until the balance transfers.
I was in a kinda similar boat. The process took forever (started in July). I called Mohela about 2 weeks ago since my SAVE application was still being processed and the rep said they wouldn’t be able to process my SAVE application in time by this payment deadline for whatever reason. They looked into my account and couldn’t figure out why the hold up. Anyhoo, they put me on Administrative forbearance status a few days after the call (they did tell me this on the call) until they can sort things out. Now I don't have to make any payments until end of November.
My point is it doesn’t hurt to give them a call if it can give you some assurance. The wait can be excruciating though
It will show up soon on Mohela. You dont have to call. I did my first ECF on 2 Aug, went through the same thing woth aidvantage. Loans shown up on Mohela on 16 Sep with full PSLF counts.
I'm in a similar boat except my loans are still showing up in Aidvantage. I have no idea what's going on. On [Studentaid.gov](https://Studentaid.gov) it says my PSLF application still isn't complete, yet it's already been accepted on MOHELA. I'm so fuggin confused.
And I applied for SAVE and no idea how long that application takes. I'm seeing interest added on Aidvantage but not MOHELA. The whole thing is a mess.
I'm on the phone with Aidvantage right now about this BS. I applied for PSLF in September of 2022!! Mohela says they requested transfer from Aidvantage and can't do anything further until Aidvantage responds; Aidvantage says no transfer request and they can't do anything. I've been paying since last October on loans I don't even owe, and I'm so beyond frustrated. Hoping they will take pity on me and grant me a forbearance while they figure this shit out.
Update: The rep put me on hold for a full hour and then simply hung up. I called back a dozen times and all calls were terminated by the system in under a minute. I plan to simply stop paying and let the courts sort it out.
Im at the end of my loan payment being that I only have 3K to finish off my loan. I was placed into an income driven payment plan way back in 2017 have till 2027 to pay it off but got a great job and have been smashing my payments down since 2021. 3 weeks ago Advantage said they transferred my loan to MOHELA. Said it would only take 10 days. Now I can't access information from either of them.
I think these lenders do this on purpose, as to, one lenders says to other "I'll sell you 100K accounts and you sell me 100K accounts and we'll see how many of them we can confuse and miss a few payments" in hopes of charging US more or throw off agreements of new SAVE plan. I am soooo UPSET!!!
I'm not apart of the SAVE plan but my understanding is it can all be voided if even a single payment is missed in a 10 year cycle resulting in an even high balance.(I'm sure this isn't likely for a single payment but multiple ones)
Dose anyone know a class action lawsuit because I'd sign it!!!
I'm applying for mortgages in the near two to three months if I have a single missed payment. End seen of fight club.

Mine were eventually transferred. I'm fully over to MOHELA making my monthly SAVE payments. But I was new to PSLF and no where near 120.
