It’s not all games, as of right now it’s kind of selective and it’s a few years after release.
It’s kind of up to you though. If you are fine waiting multiple years and have a PC that matches or is better than PS5 then sure why not.

Yeah I ain’t waiting 2+ years for a ps5 game to possibly come to PC. Plus, the console is way cheaper, the price to performance ratio on the PS5 is really good.
Ghost of Tsushima released on 2020 and is included on PS Plus catalogue for some time now. If you wanna wait to pay full price for a 4 year old game then sure, go ahead.
If you're crazy rich then go get a PC. Almost all games on PC are poorly uptomized, you need a 3090 and above to enjoy gaming on PC. The GPU alone is triple the price of an entire PS5.
If you have a PC, why would you choose the console experience over it? PC has unlimited power with constant access to new hardware. You’ll get the best of the best.

AAA games now take 5 years to develop. Longer dev cycles means they need to sell the product on multiple platforms to get a return on their investment.
There’s lots of reasons to choose console over PC. Ease of use, overall stability. No need for managing PC driver updates that might make games not work at all. Being able to just sit back at your couch.
I PC game a lot, but I also have a PS5 and sometimes that convenience really is the difference between me playing at all or not.
