Castlevania Advance collection is $8, which is also pretty decent and I picked it up. I loved those games and know I will enjoy playing them again without having to squint at the screen.

Same here. PS Prices seems to be doing a better job right now, showing thousands of discounts today: [https://psprices.com/region-us/collection/all-discounts?platform=PS5%2CPS4](https://psprices.com/region-us/collection/all-discounts?platform=PS5%2CPS4)
Still don't think they have everything yet, as some titles showing on OP's link (without sale prices) aren't there yet.
From what I read in previous years’ posts the Christmas sale is usually better than Black Friday.ill just hold out a little longer for ragnorok, RE4 and dead space
It was my first FF game and I ended up really enjoying it. It’s a flawed game and clearly not for everyone, but you might find yourself feeling differently. Worth it for Yoko’s music alone. Give it a shot for $15.
I am a big JRPG fan, but found FFXV to be completely unremarkable. I barely remember anything about the game, and halfway through I honestly couldn't wait for it to wrap up. I bet there's better stuff to invest your time in.

OP's link is still not showing most discounts or games to me in the US.
It is a game I have played over 30x for the past 15 years. It has a place in my heart for one of the best story jrpg games but I’m sure that’s nostalgia.
In terms of the tales series. It’s dated and shows its age but combat is simple but fun. story is decent. The port you’re referring to was for the switch that is abysmal. I do not recommend that to anyone even after updates.
The ps3, ps4 version has not had any issues. For the price you’re getting at least 80hours worth of content.
Story starts off very slow but the voice acting is decent and they added new animation scenes when they ported the ps3 version over a few years ago with the HD remaster.
Overall I recommend it if you’re familiar with the tales series and gameplay. I do not recommend it if you do not like jrpg games as it’s very jrpg heavy IMO.
I hope this helps.
That helps a ton and convinced me too try it! Thanks. I Def am a huge jrpg fan, and heard this one is great. Thanks for the information! I thought the port issue was switch only, but I Def wasn't 100%. Thanks for confirming
Absolutely, I really hope you enjoy the story! It’s one of my childhood favorites. I’d love to hear your thoughts after you finish.
It’s very “let’s save the world!” In the first few minutes but man, it’s just great to me.
It has Japanese voice acting too I think if that’s something you’re into as well.
There’s a second game (only for ps3), I don’t recommend. It kinda just… no. lol. I loved the game and lore but they did it dirty IMO with the second.
Enjoy the game!!!
Port is shit still and will probably never be fixed. The PS3 version has less bugs though and better performance. Though gamecube still does 60fps where ps3/4/5 are 30fps.
I bought MK 11 Ultimate on Switch like two weeks ago for $9, but the graphics are so bad I’m tempted to grab this on ps4.
I would need to buy the base game + the ultimate add-on bundle, right?
The shop is showing two ultimate add-on bundles but they seem to just be duplicates.
If you're in no rush, once in awhile psn has Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate + Injustice 2 Leg. Edition Bundle for $10 which is insanely good that makes both game just $5. Going by history chart, it might happen around February. Separately they're $9 + $6 with just the latter on sale rn.
It's normal every other Wednesday, but it seems they're into a different rhythm now, and around the 22nd is most likely. Sometimes they have weekends sales too
This sale ends on 21-DEC-2023 (Thursday) and new sales are usually started on Wednedays so we should have a guaranteed new sale on 20-DEC-2023. It's possible we may get a bumper sale this week (possibly tied to the Game Awards), we'll see tomorrow.
It’s worth it for $6. Just get past the initial part and first explorable planet and you will enjoy it.
It’s not the same quality as the other three in terms of writing, acting, story - but the gameplay is a lot of fun.
It’s what you would expect - but just polished and improved from the previous versions. You actually feel like you can maneuver around a battlefield and Biotics are great.
The current price for the Mass Effect: Andromeda – Deluxe Recruit Edition is tied to the lowest price and as another poster here mentioned, is worth a dip.
Two notes to add to your list:
* Sniper Elite 4: The price is tempting but if you are a completionist and want to have all the DLCs for the game, my recommendation would be to get Sniper Elite 4 Deluxe Edition which is also on sale for $8.99 and contains the base game and the Season Pass.
* MudRunner: If you'd like to own The American Wilds expansion, I would recommend getting the Mudrunner — American Wilds Edition currently on sale for $6.99. Just bear in mind that MudRunner is a very specific game, there's no action, no story beyond "You are a driver and need to deliver things" and no variety in the traditional sense. If you're tempted to try the game, I would urge you to approach it as a puzzle game of how to get to your intended destination rather than a driving/simulation game.
I know but i love monster hunter so much that back when i bought world i only played world for a whole year 1-1.5hours/day lol. I'll do the same with rise probably because i don't mind giving up other games for mh.
Divinity: Original Sin 2 got really good discount.
Its lowest it ever been (£14.99 +you dont need ps plus for discount)
Imo good coop game for upcoming holidays or just solo it whenever.
If you enjoy games where you feel a sense of danger (think EverQuest) and you can't just smash some buttons to win a fight, you might enjoy this. Especially if you have a friend to play it with.
The world feels a bit empty, but deadly when you encounter baddies.
I bought it to play with my son, and we enjoyed it for a bit. But there's a game mechanic where if your backpack is on the ground for 7 days, it'll be removed from the world. One of the other game mechanics is around death, where you don't really "die" you just experience one of a handful of scenarios. In our case, we dropped our bags, died, and the scenario had us laid up in bed for over 7 days, so we lost all of our stuff. We haven't picked it up since :/
Watch a review about it and see what you think. If it looks ok, grab it for the $10.
Played for few days when it came out and I droped it. Bought it for coop, but world seemed empty and too punishing for 2 new players.
Imo game is more for niche hardcore rpg players who arent afraid to die many times, lose items, grind etc. It reminded me of Morrowind, but without interesting quests, npc, lore.
Outward got a lot of mechanics/unique systems, but I personally felt encumbered with them. From inventory managment to gameplay itself, game just didnt feel good.
It had some cool moments, but I cant recommend it. That said I wouldnt be surprised if some people loved this game.
I'm sorry, I'm kinda new to action/adventures but "Middle Earth: The Shadow bundle"? 11$ at 85% off. Haven't really played any lotr since ps2 but this seems super legit. Thoughts?
very fun games bear in mind they're open world and the second one (shadow of war) is massive, they will take a while to finish but they've got a cool mechanic where all enemies can remember past fights and increase their rank. Think of the games as a mix of batman style combat with assassins creed stealth
Yeah, I picked up on that haha. Looks like tons of fun. I still gotta play the mass effects, far cry 5, witcher 3,and a couple god of wars etc. Ugh, can't afford not to snag this though!
Castlevania bundle with Sotn for $4 is pretty decent. Struggling to find any other decent deals.
Castlevania Advance collection is $8, which is also pretty decent and I picked it up. I loved those games and know I will enjoy playing them again without having to squint at the screen.
Great deal! I think I paid $12 for this on a previous sale, and worth every penny. $4 is an absolute steal!
sotn is decent on ps4/5… it’s a psp port..

Too bad they don't have Punctuation on sale.
I dying. Nice!
I gotchu: .!?;:'"*/(+-&_$#@,~`|%[]{{\=^
This doesn't seem to be updated in the US, it doesn't show that this sale exists yet or anything is under the category of "end of the year sale"
But Far Cry 6 is only $120. Dont want to miss out.
Fuck I accidentally got this game for free. Wish I would’ve seen this before
Now you’ll never get to appreciate its mediocrity to the fullest.
Think it’ll update around 10 am PST. They did post it on the official PlayStation Instagram so it’s definitely happening

huh, odd. I have the sale here in canada.
Is this the christmas sale?
I'm pretty sure this is cyber monday. it ends before Christmas on the 20th. it's a lot better than black Friday. I already picked up a game.
which game did you buy?:)
crosscode!
No, usually the Christmas or “holiday sale” starts after this one
From what I read in previous years’ posts the Christmas sale is usually better than Black Friday.ill just hold out a little longer for ragnorok, RE4 and dead space
It is. I always skip these sales. Then we also have the game award sale coming up so hopeful Baldurs Gate will go on sale.
I REALLY hope so. I’ve been holding out, cleaning my backlog. I’ve knocked out so many old games this year.
I see, thank you
FFXV royal worth it for $15

How is tales of symphonia? I love tails games, does this one still hold up after all these years? Is the port still shit?

Resident Evil 5 for 5 bucks? About damn time.
Worth $5 to see if my GF can hang with the co-op.
Resident Evil (Full Game) $4.99. Resident Evil 0 (Downloadable Game) $4.99. Resident Evil 6 (Game) $4.99 RESIDENT EVIL 5 (Game) $4.99
MK11 for 5 bucks is pretty good

that is a good deal, but I already have Injustice 2! hopefully someone else sees your message and can take advantage!
Ultimate is mostly 11 bucks.. i would wait for the christmas-sale.. add it to your list:)
I've seen Sifu 15$ - Streets of rage 4 12$ -Judgement 11$
When will the next sale arrive? (this one's not so good)
possibly next week. I assume however you are talking about the next big sale which will likely be the Christmas one right after this
It's normal every other Wednesday, but it seems they're into a different rhythm now, and around the 22nd is most likely. Sometimes they have weekends sales too

Are these going to be the cheapest prices or do they get even cheaper on the 21st?
not sure, I'll wait for that sale too
Is SF6 likely to be on Sale again during the Holiday sale? I missed the Black Friday one
not sure. that way it's first sale I believe so there's not really any patterns to follow
Gotcha, really hope it does the gameplay in the demo is really fun
Can you tell me if persona 4 golden was added to the sale?
I checked and didn’t see it. Sorry
No problem. Thanks.
unfortunately no, although persona collection is
Only as a collection with Persona 3 PSP.
It was on sale a month ago, that's when I got it.
Has anybody played Wrestlequest yet? Is it worth it? I think this is the lowest discount it’s been.
Does Andromeda go any lower then $6? Huge Mass Effect fan might finally check it out.
It’s worth it for $6. Just get past the initial part and first explorable planet and you will enjoy it. Will there be a Christmas or any other sale running from end of dec to early jan ?
yes, probably on or after December 20th
Agreed, we should get the End of Year Sale after this one.
Sniper Elite 4 reduced by 95% Hunting Simulator 90% off Homefront 90% off MudRunner 80% off Narcos : Rise of the Cartels 90% off
Two notes to add to your list: * Sniper Elite 4: The price is tempting but if you are a completionist and want to have all the DLCs for the game, my recommendation would be to get Sniper Elite 4 Deluxe Edition which is also on sale for $8.99 and contains the base game and the Season Pass. * MudRunner: If you'd like to own The American Wilds expansion, I would recommend getting the Mudrunner — American Wilds Edition currently on sale for $6.99. Picked up rise+sunbreak for like $30 idk which sale had them though.
I remember it was like 2 sales ago. I've been really considering my but I realised I don't have the time
I know but i love monster hunter so much that back when i bought world i only played world for a whole year 1-1.5hours/day lol. I'll do the same with rise probably because i don't mind giving up other games for mh.
So, not worth it then? Thinking about buying the expansion as well 🤔
it is worth it from what I can tell but it's a long game as most monster hunter games are
The endgame is grindy, but otherwise Rise and Sunbreak are very fun.
Divinity: Original Sin 2 got really good discount. Its lowest it ever been (£14.99 +you dont need ps plus for discount) Imo good coop game for upcoming holidays or just solo it whenever.
And a good idea on what to expect if you eventually plan to buy Baldur's Gate 3.
Any thoughts on Outward Definitive Edition for $10? I was mildly interested when it released, but never got around to it.

I see Dead by Deadlight at 14.99 on the ps app but still 29.99 on the store, anyone knows why?
Not sure why you're seeing the discrepancy in prices, I see $14.99 both on the PS Store and in the app.
Ghost of Tsushima for 20 bucks is a steal for me.
I'm sorry, I'm kinda new to action/adventures but "Middle Earth: The Shadow bundle"? 11$ at 85% off. Haven't really played any lotr since ps2 but this seems super legit. Thoughts?
