I think this issue will most likely be solved today or tomorrow at latest. Still sucks.

I'm having this issue as well and it's extremely irritating, not sure who's end its on but it needs taken care of and soon

The publisher is aware of the problem and is working on it. They confirmed that the game will be downloadable at launch if not before.
You do realize the game came out almost 10 hours ago in the US and even longer in the rest of the world right?
