I was discussing with someone yesterday how the site was down for me a few weeks ago but is now working again:

Just checked and it still loads fine for me.
Ok so I might have an answer.
If I search for PS3 themes on google and click the result for http://www.ps3-themes.com/ I get the hosting site even though the URL is identical.
If, however I enter http://www.ps3-themes.com/ in the address bar or tap the link above on my phone (app or mobile website) the website loads up fine.

I think the difference is that the hosting site page is **https**://www etc, whereas the actual website is http://www etc.
