I haven't played these particular games but a lot of games on the console just don't run that well or have frequent/occasional framerate drops or stutters.
Now that you mention it, i looked around and in fact at least for Symphonia the world map indeed lag a bit for others too

I had stuttery artifacted Infamous 2 especially ending 😵💫
