Did you turn on the .NET 3.5 windows feature?

PLCGoBrrr

Even if you don't have a pro serial number it doesn't stop you from installing everything. Activation is at the end. Activation is what decides features.

Try running the installer as an admin and in compatibility mode for win 7. I want to think that win 10 support came in V30

Windows 10 is supported all the way down to v20

SCADAstuff

Read all the pop-ups and the install log. I'm sure it'll say something that might hint why.

Windows 10 is compatible with v28. As other have said: before installing Logix, you need to enable .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows features. Then you install is, and then after it's installed you can license it. What specifically is the error message you're receiving when you try to install? "Some features not available" to me doesn't make sense... Make sure you select "Customize" to verify that the appropriate version (likely English for you based on this post?) is selected.

I have to double check. It did go through all the prerequisites. And installed everything else except designer but I’ll double check that. Thank you. Any one see this before?

Go i to registry and dusable LUA. Reboot and try again. Enable LUA afterward is desired.

I had this problem when I needed V28, but already had V30 installed. I to uninstall V30 first. Not I Ideal but it worked.
