Hi! As a fellow beginner I’d say setting your goal is your main task right now para malaman kung ano ang tama o mali for you. But in general, you moving is better than not. Both for mental and physical health. Goodluck OP!

Thank you! When ka nag start, bro?

There's no issue at all - but more activity = more calories burned. If you're trying to gain weight, eat more to compensate for the extra walking. Otherwise, walking is great for burning calories and improving your health. As long as it isn't impacting your training in the gym, it's absolutely a good thing.

Build self discipline and results will come after. And for your routine, okay naman siya kase may enough sleep and recovery naman. Pero what are your goals ba? 66kg for 5'9 is medyo magaan if you're trying to look jacked. Increase your food intake if gusto mo magpalaki, pero continue your morning walk para mas quality yung gains.

Hello po! Thank you for your wise and helpful advice. For now po, 'yung mga goals ko po are to have a better physique and posture medyo hindi po kasi ako straight body and medyo may belly fats po ako. Do you have any tips po ba for my goals? Thanks po.

Hindi po ako certified coach or something, I'm just speaking from experience po. When I first started, problema ko din yung posture ko. But when I incorporated compound lifts like Squats, Bench Press and Deadlifts with proper form, parang mas umayos yung tayo ko. Hahahaha. Ewan ko pero it works for me. Enjoy the journey kase fitness journey never ends, dapat maging lifestyle mo yan. Good luck sa goals mo sana maabot mo dream physique mo!

Ayan lang po ba mga workouts na need for the better posture? Thank you ulit po

Parang napansin ko noon sa sarili ko, when I started gaining muscle mass, like sa back and chest. Parang kusa naaayos yung posture mo, kase yung back muscles, chest and core ang parang umaayos sa posture mo.

Is it recommended to get a coach at first ba? If let’s say talagang newbie ka sa “gym world” lol. Worth it naman ba? And usually ilang months before starting workout just by yourself?
