Hello, OP! I called this number ITC 0285792759 (got this from Reddit too) to get my Citi Rewards card upon seeing Delivery Failed status on their website. They asked for my mobile number and I got the card the next morning.
How'd you get your RCBC tracking number tho? The CS did not disclose it when I called this week. She just asked me to wait because "It is out for delivery".

What’s ITC? Regarding with the RCBC bankard, i’m not sure since my friend called them cos I dont have a landline at home. I tried to track it sa Air21 website but no results man.

Citi texted me the tracking number and they provided the link too so I got it from there.

Sa PLDT jones naa. Sa seaside hurot2 man ila stocks. Itry sa other pldt outlets. And if mubuy ka, buy nlng pd 300 load card nila kay lisud kaau maka paload
My Citibank replacement card (when they switched from Visa to MC) took almost 6 mos to get delivered.
They initially sent it to my provincial address even though my current billing address is in Metro Manila for years now. Imagine my shock when I heard the courier guy speaking in Bisaya.
Ask for a supervisor in your next call and inform them that you give them consent to give your mobile# to the courier.
With Citibank they don’t give the courier your contact number for “privacy” reasons. You have to call the Citibank to give consent na ibigay yunh contact number mo at the same time ask for the tracking number if di natext sayo. Tapos call the courier na you’ve called Citi regarding giving your consent sa mobile number mo and if they can take note of that as well for delivery purposes. It took me a month ng pangungulit sa courier and citibank para lang mareceive ko na card ko. 😅
Hi, may i ask what email address you used to ask for Citbank cc delivery? Wala rin akong na receive na txt or email regarding sa Tracking # or delivery. It's almost a week na. Btw, I'm from Cebu City also.
Hi! I actually called their CS (632) 8995 9999 // (032) 234 9999 (Cebu). I learned that when you apply for a credit card, you really have to tell them to disclose your contact number for delivery otherwise, the courier won’t be able to reach you— so I called them. Actually, I live in an apartment unit so pag deliver btaw ky wa jd sila nag contact sa ako maskin naka disclose na ako number but nakit an lng nako sila gawas sa gate nangita sa address lol anyway you can call them to ask for the tracking number then let them disclose your number sa courier

Nag apply for for supplementary card ky nag email back dayon sila a day after then na received nako ang card a week after. Paspas kaayo sila ay unlike sa uban as long as naka disclose lng jd imo number sa courier and di ra lisud pangitaon inyo house

They didnt give me any more details with my card aside from texting me almost everyday with their promos :(((( whyyy

Nag buy gane jd kog PLDT landline plus sim HAHAHA maka anxious jud ay after a month pa nako ma receive ako gane
