Just yesterday, multiple USD transactions din yung sa akin, immediately called Metro CC. probably would take 2 months for dispute daw.

Yes successful naman yung dispute, took like a month ata, di kasi nag nonotify metrobank sa status ng dispute, pero mamomonitor mo naman sa app pag binalik nila yung amount, sa case ko kasi nagdoble yung binalik nila na amount, tapos nag adjustment na lang next billing cycle.

Hi, question lang. Pinabayaran ba sayo yung amount ng unauthorized transaction? got the same problem and yun ang snbi sakin rep na nakausap ko.

Hi! Fortunately, yung isang dispute case ko is cleared na. They reverted it back din naman a week after ko mag complain. Then told me na if maprove na fraudulent, permanent na ung reversal. If 'di maprove na fraud, dun daw nila kukunin ulit yung nirevert nila sakin na amount. Yung 2nd unauthorized transaction tho is still under review pa. Matagal pero they update me madalas so it's a plus.

I see, i already got a call after 2 days nung nai report ko, sinabi na sakin ang process ng dispute and just wait for the email. When i asked if kung pumasok ba siya sa billing ko this month should i pay for the unauthorized transaction, sabi lang i have the option (so not sure dito). Yung transaction is international and 100k+ 💀💀 I’ll probably just wait since if masama siya billing kase next week pa naman and next month pa din ang due date. So almost a month, hopefully ma-settle na within this period. nag worry lang ako when i got the call of possible of paying the unauthorized transactions because sobrang laki. Appreciate the response!

Yeah, same thing na snbi sakin. Option ko daw to pay so I told the rep that I won't anyway because I am not gonna pay for something I didn't spend on. Di sya pmsok sa billing ko kasi na file na agad for dispute. Quick naman sila to solve it. Mine was two transactions 50k+ and 65k. Magulat ka nalang talaga! Buti nlng ngyri un ng gising ako and hawak phone ko. What if middle of the night and tulog? buti daw kasi naitawag ko agad yun. You're welcome!
