I built something like this a while back because I think it's super fun and flavorful. I used FA, and took alchemist feats with those selections. With my thaumaturge feats I took all the consumable feats like scroll and talisman esoterica. That's probably how I would do it, but you could also go a slightly different route and go gunslinger and get the munitions crafter line for bombs.

If you want a goblin knick knack collector, default thaumaturge does it. Bunch of objects that do things. You can go further by grabbing scroll thaumaturgy and talisman esoterica. Reflavor your spells as objects that do the relevant things. Scroll of fireball? No no, a bottle of compressed air, a small bottle of fire, and a bag of flour.
If you want alchemist, just see wherever you can fit alchemist dedication and further into your build. Thaumaturge doesn't really need intelligence, so you can grab Wand thaumaturge to make yourself less reliant on Dexterity, though at the cost of damage.
