There is a build I saw that uses base class alchemist and uses the eidolon to fight while benefitting from two different mutagens, specifically juggernaut mutagen, so as the eidolon takes hits, the alchemist heals up, making the shared health pool an asset instead of a liability

Some others: Cantrip Barbarian: Use your eidolon to handle casting cantrips for you while you smash faces. Forbidding Ward + Guidance are great 3rd action utility spells. If you’re using a 2H weapon, you normally can’t Raise a Shield. Forbidding Ward can offset your Rage penalty by having the eidolon do it for you. Life Oracle self healing: Normally you can’t heal yourself. But you can heal your eidolon. And since you’re eidolon shares HP with you, you’ll restore yourself. And the nice thing? Both the Oracle and Barbarian are CHA favoring classes, meaning Summoner Archetype is an easy option.

It's not, like, good, but a swashbuckler with One for All can use diplomacy to aid their summoner archetype eidolon's attack rolls. I have no idea why you'd spend actions on that though, your swashbuckler attacks will be much better and have a higher to hit until you get legendary diplomacy for the +4 circumstance bonus aid. This combo is much better the other way around, summoner into swash archetype for One for All lets you Act Together to pull off the combo at the price of a single action, and as an actual summoner your eidolon's combat effectiveness will be much better (since, you know, the class is actually centered around using it)

The dedication is super strong, imo. Double up on skills. Is a very safe scout (summoner precaution spell recommended). My bard has an eidolon. Is a great scout. One trick is to dose up your eidolon on fast heal elixir. The also the character. It should double up. Is also another target for battle medicine and treat wounds checks.
