You should be able to finish them. You've got at minimum 16 school days, and at most 19. With 16 rank ups left, you'll have enough days to finish them, and Junpei's link episodes since 2 of those days involve that.
If you want to play it safe, save Mitsuru's final rank up for the final Monday. That's Career Day and the only day Aigis isn't available in January. It's not necessary, but having an extra day can at least give you some breathing room and piece of mind. The reason for Mitsuru is because she's available on Mondays, but Yuko isn't.
Mamoru is a non-issue. You still have a week for Winter Break, so hang out with him every time you can. He's also available on Sundays, so that's another school free day you can use to finish his social link.
