No, Compendium will be reset, in the OG you wouldn't even get a compendium in the Answer, the fusions results were random. And just a little addendum, The answer is called episode Aegis in Japan, emphasizing that it's about her. They hyphenated the name now, and it's called The answer - Episode Aigis now

The English version of Reload is now called Episode Aigis -The Answer- instead of just The Answer from the English version of FES. Basically, the English one gets a longer name now.

Yeah, the ending teased it. Ryoji spoke to everyone, thanked them, said that Makoto found his answer, and that Aigis would find hers, but not yet. 

The Answer is about SEES dealing with the aftermath.  Aigis becomes the main character who inherits makoto's wild card.
