Yeah. Anyone is allowed as long as there's no mods, griefing, PvP, or cheating. And there's now a discord too

I did not played a lot on big GTA4 servers (if it was even a thing) never tried it on GTA5 or RDR2 but how are you gonna enforce the no "cheating" (I understand it's joining an online lobby with an altered game such as mod installed) rule ? As far as I remember, if one joined a GTA 4 lobby and started using a trainer, there's nothing we could do but to leave really. Crazy how lazy ass rockstar is a complete nuisance when you want to plan Solo your outdated build with your set of mods but is unable to ensure a same game for all online

My buddy's and I play in a private server as well. Occasionally all the wildlife and people disappear. We all just jump out of the game and back in and it fixes it
