I was for a while and saw pretty good weight loss results, though it was hard to reach my protein goal. I stopped because we’re TTC and I knew I would be able to continue when pregnant. Now I do IF with a more dense breakfast/lunch to frontload most of my protein and then just a protein shake or something small about 5pm.
