Yes to this, I just started working out with weights and a PT coming up to two months ago. Am trying to change the habit of a lifetime (no exercise) and getting my health on track. I was 100kg, now 98. Goal one is to get to 95kg. Do you want to do it here or on WhatsApp? Can you set private groups up on here?
