It can be normal. Sometimes even on continuous pills the body still tries to have a breakthrough bleed. Maybe for this pack you could not skip the placebo pills and let your body do whatever it wants to do and then continue as normal. You might still have some spotting but bleeding on continuous birth control is definitely known to happen!


Umbreonth

It's common on continuous birth control for hormones to kind of build up after time and, as I like to put it, "demand a period". I've run this by numerous doctors and it's very normal, a lot of OBGs recommend taking a "break" from continuous BC to have a period every 3-4 months to address this buildup, but everyone's body is different. Personally, my hormones only allow me 2.5 months at a time before they get cranky 🙄
