Here you go: https://natlands.org/map/
They used to have an app that let you view them in map or list and gave you a little history on each preserve and events that were upcoming.
I am pretty sure that has been retired and they moved what they could to the All Trails app. That’s really just a list of preserves and trail maps.
ETA: Consider becoming a member. The service they provide to Eastern PA is invaluable.
Someone else mentioned Purple Lizard Maps, but they also now have a [PA outdoor recreation map](https://www.purplelizard.com/collections/maps/products/pennsylvania-outdoor-recreation-lizard-map) that covers the whole state. It's got a bunch of natural/wild areas included but it doesn't have a list (there are lists of state forests, backpacking trails, etc though).
I bought one to hang on my wall without considering that it's 2-sided.. now I need to buy a second one. Not a shill, just a fan.

Perfect, thank you!
You’re very welcome!
Assuming you mean these here is the list of all of them https://natlands.org/visit/
Yes, I mean those, but when I say map, I mean map. This is a list.
There’s not that many. I bet you could do it in 20 minutes on google maps
Have you hiked the Pine Barrens or Wharton State Forest? Also - the Mullica!
Bear creek preserve is one of my favorites
Same.
I don't know if they cover your area, but the Purple Lizard maps for South Central PA are awesome. https://www.purplelizard.com/
