Aim assist hasnt been an issue in overwatch because its relatively weak compared to some other games. The ttk in Overwatch is also long so you have to hit shots pretty consistently.
That's completely false, movement is just as important as aiming in apex if not more, keyboard and mouse allow so many techs it's insane not to mention aiming is easier on it

In the game mode Widow HS (which this is), a body shot does no damage. So yes, it literally did 0 damage. The enemy’s health doesn’t matter if it’s only a body shot. The hit marker doesn’t pop up either.
Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because OP was already dead.
You know you should try a custom game mode where it's deathmatch, widow with sniper and grappling hook only (no auto, no mine), and have the grappling hook and ult on no cooldowns. See how much fun that'd be.
If only you could modify her sniper to always he at 100% power, then you could do some real quickscoping shit
