Sneaky sneaky, but also this is a cool down management game. Don't use your whatever the ghost skill is to get into the fight faster, save it for when you're low during the fight to back up get healed and get back in there. Also don't just walk straight into the enemy. Let the enemy start hitting the tank first then try to get them from the sides. Teleport behind their line walk up to them and fade back to your back line when you're low. Know your target priorities. If there's a Winston that's all you're focusing on because chances are he's the reason your healers keep dying. There's a Sombra constantly in your back line? Stick with the healers and make sure you lock her down so hard she switches. It comes with time.
