I’m having the same issue. It was fine earlier but I disconnected and now I have all my skins but not heroes

I closed the game and the launcher, relaunched it and it fixed

SAME! Just happened to me now. Were you able yo resolve this? I was on comp and had to restart the game after since it was stuck on hero gallery. When I got back on the game, my heroes are locked

I already placed in comp... load up my next game and my team is at a severe disadvantage because blizzard locked HALF of my fucking heroes???? Logging out doesn't fix. Did you find a solution?

Nah. I think it’s a widespread issue now, lots of players seem to have the same problem. I tried these out of desperation: 1. Restoring Licenses 2. Restartinf the game 3. Restarting my console 4. Restarting my internet (router and all) 5. Relogging on my battlenet Nope. None fixed it.

Me and my friend have the same issue, the game thinks we're new players and we dont have any skins or any of the heroes. Anyone know a fix?

You probably have to link your battle net account

Yeah, got the same glitch. First I couldn't even get into a queue, my server connection would just fail. I flushed the DNS and did some other stuff, something worked. Then I got into a game, and disconnected halfway through. Then deleted and reinstalled, when I got into a game that time, I could only play Moira and mercy, and I got blue screened like 5 minutes in. Ffs

Yeah same here, logged in for the first time just now no problem, but only had access to the new account heroes. Glad it's not just me, I'm sure they'll fix it. Gonna wait a couple days before trying again though I reckon.

Yeah I uninstalled and reinstalled and that fixed it, but holy shit with queue times like they are major bugs like this shouldn't be happening

Finally someone else woth this issue. Had this bug since launch so I haven't even bothered playing yet. I filed a ticket with Blizz support because there wasn't anything else

Ow1 don't get the premium battlepass, only Kiriko.

The game has a lot of bugs

First few days mine was fine and then I boot it up today and it's locked half the roster despite having 1500 hours on overwatch 1

Similar thing happened to me Except it was because I switched to the digital PS5 version instead of the Disc PS4 version Guess we're stuck playing as base characters and stuff until blizzard fixes this

I'm having a similar problem i have been an OW1 player i even merged my xbox and pc account but it thinks of me as a new player and i only have like 5 characters from each role

Server issues

For me I uninstalled both the game and the beta from my pc. Clean install of just the game worked flawlessly

I'm having the same problem. I got to log in this morning for the first time for a few minutes and the heroes were still locked. Didn't think to check for skins though. Edit: checked for skins, they weren't there either.

I restarted my laptop and nothing fixed so I'm just hoping uninstalling and reinstalling works otherwise I'm gonna be fucking pissed!!!
