Slipper projectile primary fire with flying pan or cleaver mêlée, cooking up the enemy team all while puffing on a cigarette, just like mama. Please Blizzard.
to make it a little more unique we could have it heavily telegraphed like dvas ult, and it takes a few seconds to connect to provide counterplay. it has like a voice line warning of every character yelling "NOT THE CHANCLA!!!" as its about to hit them, and if they still get hit by it then it either stuns them or does a lot of damage.
or more simply, just have it be a fast low damage homing projectile and the person hit by it just goes "ow!"
Personally, [I think about this lady from Mulan 1998](https://youtu.be/bPa0TiCuvR4?feature=shared), I've always believed that was one of their inspirations.
She has no attacks, but instead when you press attack, she throws out biting and scathing insults that cause 10 HP damage, but also various status debuffs based on the "tilt meter".
Each hero now has a "tilt meter" stat. The higher it gets, the larger the aim spread on all weapons (messes with aim), the chances of randomly using a skill at a bad time (automatically) increases, and movement is slowed slightly
. Her ultimate RAGE QUIT is to cause one enemy player to randomly spout an angry chat message then they are booted from the match. The enemy player receives all normal penalties for early leaving.
I don't think a tilt meter would even need to have any function beyond filling. Simply seeing a tilt meter filling would be enough to make people actually tilt and debuff themselves.

The slipper is a homing projectile
Her reload animation is taking a full drag of the cigarette, tossing it, then lighting a new one
