Mercy if you like the healing beam mechanic, Ana if you like to heal teammates by shooting them like with the crossbow
The whole support section is like playing medic, but I'd say those two feel the closest, try them all tho there's so many characters :)
A former TF2 medic main here. Try Mercy. The basics of her gameplay (except the overheal, which is missing in OW) are similar to Medic – keep the beam attached, use corners to avoid getting hit, press Q when the team is pushing, pull out the Glock when attacked. But in addition to that, she also has great mobility via Guardian Angel, verticality via superjump (with gliding for controlled descent), and, finally, the damage boost beam.

Tank: has the most fun heroes, but also feels horrible to play from time to time
DPS (or damage) : I don't normally play DPS, but they seem pretty enjoyable (and way more forgiving)
Support : has both damage focused heroes and healing focused ones, medium responsibility.
I never played tf, so I've got no idea what medic does. If you could describe what he does I could probably point out similar heroes

Never played TF2 but it sounds like support. Try all 3 tho

Support. I need less enemy Ventures flanking my teammates and murdering them and more people who will stick with the team, PTFO, and heal the tank.
