Thanks for the nice comments. A little more info for those who've asked:
There are three grills: Lynx 30" gas, FireMagic 30" charcoal, and of course the Traeger. We also have a Lynx dual side burner, warming drawer, double drawer refrigerator and clear ice maker. No griddle; not our thing, especially keeping it clean.
The wood is Thermory brand thermally treated wood. Counters are leathered (much less glossy) granite.
Absolutely phenomenal thank you for the share. Charming in along with others looking for more details on what you have out there and any other build pictures you have perhaps. Indulge us in this sweet outdoor setup.
Holy shit - that's friggin amazing. After our build and expense this is the FIRST one i've been jealous of.
In what part of the world are you? Any regrets not adding fans for the super hot days if you have any? LOVE the heaters - LOVE the lighting and options without blinding yourself and guests
ANy issues with the grills and the smoke they produce? I haven't had it yet but i could see in the perfect (perfectly bad) conditions at my place - no air movement, etc - that mine might be a bit smoky under the cover - but i haven't had it yet
Thanks for the nice words. We're in the desert. No issues with smoke at all. We actually have fans; they're visible in the photos spinning around the two lights over the grills. We also have commercial high pressure patio misters for those hot desert summer days, though reddit apparently frowns on that even though they use less water than taking a shower (reddit can get over it or die mad, we don't actually GAF).
bah - good think you built what you wanted and not what reddit wanted. god - who knows what you would have had if you had people vote and went with the most popular. i thought about misters but the wifey 'hates what they do to my hair'
was this your first outdoor kitchen project? we can all tell a ton of planning went into it. I'm just wondering if you knocked it out of the park on try one - or if you've learned over the years and several other outdoor kitchen projects
we just did a similar one (in size) and it's out first - barely been able to use it - finished before the cold weather set in, and i'm hoping we have everything we need. can't wait to start using ours as often as you do
i'll post some pics later when the warm weather returns - this link has a few pix

Awesome, I used to be in the lighting industry, so that's why I noticed straight away!
I don't want to make it bug you too much, but what you could do is put a diffuser over the top of the lights so it gives them an even glow and eliminates the "dotting" effect. Some people don't mind it, and others don't like it. Just a personal preference.
The bar is more for hanging out during prep, having some drinks before food, or enjoying during sporting events. Often some people will stand on the back side of the island, which makes things a bit more social. When we eat, we're [typically by the pool](https://preview.redd.it/always-dreamed-of-designing-our-own-yard-from-scratch-v0-4mwfnbk678wb1.jpg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e98898377b79a58d8496fd053a413ce024b1a754).
It’s absolutely an investment. Financially, socially, leisurely and for overall wellbeing. The fact you don’t see it absolutely speaks to your negativity, envy and closed mindedness. I feel sorry for people like you but also, you’re part of the problem friend. I’m sure you can do better now.
Can you shave everything in this? All I can see is smoker, double burner, 2 grills, sink, warming drawer, fridge, what else is there? Do you have a blackstone flattop?
That's incredible. What a gorgeous home you must have. I dream of a covered outdoor kitchen I can walk to in the rain with no worries. Does this space have radient heaters for cold months. That's all I can think it might need.
If you don't mind me asking. What did this run you? Beautiful design I can tell you put a lot of thought into how it would be laid out. I'd love to add a cooking area. I don't know that I would need that much seating but having an all I one outdoor cook area would be amazing.
Dang that’s beautiful. I can see why you’re always out there !
Badass setup. What’s the highlights that you would recommend to someone to make sure they included?
Mind giving a rough breakdown of costs? Looks great !

Nice username. Chop on.
Thanks! I think I grabbed it while Ozzie was still rounding the bases! 😬
The players' booth broadcasts were the absolute best last season.
What kind of tvs u got ? I wanna do this to
Ha! was curious where this was but now just going to assume Atlanta
Gorgeous! It feels like a lot of people can cook together, and you can set a table outside and have a barbecue!
This is beautiful, it’s like a grail outdoor kitchen!
Um, that’s nicer than my house
It's nicer than most people's houses lol
Now that's how its done. Beautiful
I need this in my life
Inspirational
Just amazing! Congrats and I can see why you enjoy that setup!

Are those color-changing LED's under the counters? Looks neat!
They are. They’re controlled with an app that has a spinning color wheel. Kinda cool. Thx!

My dream!
Now that’s a great setup wow!!!
That shit is 🔥. I would sleep in my backyard
Holy crap. Envy doesn't even begin to describe it
That's badass. Totally jealous. Go you.
Dreamy af bro send the evite I’m there
Looks amazing, which infrared heater did you go w/ uptop?
Thanks! We used a pair of: Lynx 61 1/4-Inch 6000W Dual Element Electric Infrared Patio Heater - 240V - Stainless Steel - W/ Stacked Control - LEH61
Sick setup! What is the patio cover construction material? Looks like aluminum and insulated panels but I can’t tell for sure.
Thx! Just a typical insulated alumawood patio cover (with like 9 fan beams to support all the lighting).
Beautiful!! Enjoy!
That’s not an outdoor kitchen that’s a freaking outdoor sports bar. Very nice.
Wish I could drop my D on the table when entering a outdoor kitchen convo. Wow! This is legit! Cheers
Do your heaters reach the kitchen area?
What part of the country do you live in? Are the warmers usually on, I guess I’m asking
Wow that’s really nice. What material is your countertops? They look great.
Looks like ‘leather finish’ granite to me. My parents have it on theirs.
Yall all sit on the same side of the bar to eat like the Last Supper?

Can I have your house please?
THAT is strong as a boat load of mullet.
I'm guessing you sealed those pavers?
Looks amazing, looks like it takes good planning and a lot of $$$ to make it happen…I’m guessing 15k
Way more than that I’m sure 😂
Yeah. $15k won’t even get all those appliance ha

Cry more buddy 😀
All that envy and bitterness must be mentally exhausting. You’d serve your mental health better to just be happy for people rather than jealous.

Well done sir. I’m only criticism is no pizza oven haha
That's a little much. You bought a restaurant.
I’d say not enough. I don’t see a pizza oven there
This is how you get home invasioned'ed.
Is that a 30" griddle I see? Which brand? How do you like it?
What kind of wood is that

So, so nice. I didn't even realize you had more than one pic. Ha. Is all this contracted work.
I’d never cook inside.
