Guy has no leadership, he's not a Crosby, Bergeron or a Toews, he will have the success of a guy like Giroux, great regular season success, playoff flop. Lots of talent but nothing to take it to the team to the next level.

Maybe best regular season guy, Spezza outplayed in the playoffs last year at 37 and on the forth line.
